01Scope
This policy applies to all users of SQEase, including free and paid accounts. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.
02Prohibited activities
You may not:
- Share or resell questions, explanations or tutor responses with anyone outside your personal account.
- Scrape, crawl or automate access to SQEase content.
- Reverse-engineer the AI pipeline or attempt to extract model weights or prompts.
- Train other AI models on any SQEase content.
- Use SQEase for commercial purposes — e.g. reselling generated questions as your own course material.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
03Content rules
When uploading study materials, you must not upload:
- Content that infringes third-party copyright.
- Personal data of others without their consent.
- Firm-confidential or client-privileged materials.
- Illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
04Enforcement
Breaches may result in: a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action. We generally give notice and a chance to cure where reasonable.
05Reporting a violation
If you believe someone is violating this policy, email support@sqease.uk. All reports are reviewed confidentially.
