04Full SQE pathway
To qualify as a solicitor you must satisfy all of the following — SQEase alone does not satisfy any:
- Hold a degree or equivalent.
- Pass SQE1: two FLK assessments (360 SBA questions).
- Pass SQE2: 16 practical-skills assessments.
- Complete two years of QWE.
- Satisfy character & suitability requirements.
