01Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you subscribe.
02Monthly plans
No refunds for partial months. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
03Annual plans
Pro-rated refund if you cancel within 30 days and have used fewer than 50 questions.
04Service failure
Full refund for any period of material unavailability due to our fault.
05How to cancel
Cancel anytime in Account → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
06Stripe & payment
All payments processed by Stripe. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
07Price changes
Price changes apply only to renewals after at least 30 days' notice.
