01Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you subscribe. This statutory right applies to every plan length — monthly, quarterly and annual alike.
Cancel within those 14 days and we refund everything you paid, in full, to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation. The cooling-off period applies when you first take out a subscription; it does not restart on each renewal.
02Monthly plans
After the cooling-off period, no refunds for partial months. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
03Quarterly plans
After the cooling-off period, pro-rated refund if you cancel within 30 days of payment (including a renewal payment) and have used fewer than 50 questions. Otherwise you keep full access until the end of the current quarter.
04Annual plans
After the cooling-off period, pro-rated refund if you cancel within 30 days of payment (including a renewal payment) and have used fewer than 50 questions. Otherwise you keep full access until the end of the current year.
05Service failure
Full refund for any period of material unavailability due to our fault.
06How to cancel
Cancel anytime in Account → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
07Stripe & payment
All payments processed by Stripe. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
08Price changes
Price changes apply only to renewals after at least 30 days' notice.
