Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrade and you're charged a pro-rated difference immediately. Downgrade and the change applies at the next renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the billing period, then your subscription ends. Your data stays intact.
Is there a student discount?
The £19/month Core price is already pitched at student budgets. Every account can start a free 7-day Ultra trial (card required), and you can look around free before that — no card needed. If a paid plan is still out of reach, our bursary programme covers eligible students at no cost — email us to apply.
Do you offer pause / freeze?
Not yet — cancel and resubscribe when your sit-date approaches. Your data is preserved.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Enter your card details to start your trial with full Ultra features for 7 days. We email you 24h before it ends — cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically.
What payment methods?
All major debit/credit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. UK bank transfer for Institutions.
Do you do refunds?
Yes — full refund within 14 days if you've used <50 questions, pro-rated for outages.
