SQEase (sqease.uk) is an online practice platform for the SQE1, the first stage of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in England and Wales. It is built for law students and SQE1 candidates. It has thousands of SQE1-style single best answer questions for FLK1 and FLK2, mapped to the SRA's assessment specification, with an explanation of the right answer and of every wrong option. Lex explains any question and builds tests you describe, and paid plans turn your own notes into practice questions. SQEase works on the web and on iPhone. The free plan gives five questions and fifteen Lex messages a day. Paid plans on the web are £30 (Core), £50 (Pro) and £80 (Ultra) a month, and Lex is on every plan.

The £30/month Core price is pitched at student budgets, and the quarterly and 6-monthly plans bring the per-month cost down further, so the 6-monthly Core plan works out at £25 a month. Yes — every plan has a 14-day cooling-off period: cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and we refund everything you paid, in full. We also refund pro-rata for outages. See our Refund Policy for the quarterly and 6-monthly rules after the first 14 days.
If you subscribed on sqease.uk, we're not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and receipts don't show VAT. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment; for a formal itemised invoice, email billing@sqease.uk. If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple is the seller: your receipt comes from Apple, shows VAT, and sits in your App Store purchase history.
